Cathy, no-one knows what to call her. We don't even know if she knows
herself - On the Beeb, she's known as Cathy Crombie. On Scottish Television
and Grampian as Cathy MacDonald. In her native Lewis she's Cathy Ban (or
'the glam one' that got rid of her accent quicker than Anne MacKenzie).
